went to gino's birthday party last night at seventy-seven. it was fun naman. kulit ni caste!! ugh. haha the food was good too. loved the quesadilla. the music wasn't bad either, hip hop! i still don't understand how people dance to house music. haha i didn't dance much last night though. i went with lor and reg then met up with erika there.

prior to gino's party, i dropped by cj, enrile and siason's party with pao. it was okay din. our table was the noisiest and i heard it stayed that way for the rest of the night. i think the 6,000-peso blue label was responsible. haha everyone was putting a price on every shot, "o! 150 yan! kailangan ubusin!" kulit! towards the end of the night, ijin threw up on pao's pants. great! haha

today was boring. i just studied for my math test tomorrow and watched tv. also watched "Birth" with pao at the podium. I didn't get the movie at all. haha. my brain wasn't ready. it was expecting Bridget Jones, that's why. haha

aryt tata! it's AR6 time!

woohoo! just got home from powerplant with the tropa (reg, lor, jillie, chinny and bune - angge couldn't make it). i missed the girls sooo much. it's been such a long time since we were all together. we had dinner at cibo then talked talked talked. it was so much fun! i felt like i was going home, going home to my truest friends in the world. it's so refreshing to talk to a whole bunch of people who truly understand you - without pretentions, or bad vibes. i just love it. i would never survive without my friends.

it was a damn shitty car day today. earlier tonight, before the dinner, i was leaving an office building in ortigas. it was raining out so i thought myself lucky because i brought along my umbrella. when i get to the car, my friggin alarm won't work! it's happened to me before but it only took around 5 tries before the car eventually unlocks itself. well anyway, so i was there standing in the rain with my puny umbrella, holding my really heavy accounting book, cursing my car and blaming myself for not taking it to the shop earlier on. i called pao and asked him if he could get my spare keys at home for me. thankfully, the thing worked before he got to leave his house. so i was thinking, "okay, i'd probably still make it to makati before 8:30 after i pick up lor and reg" when suddenly, i took a left turn at a street with an island. what i didn't know was there was some work being done on the part of the road beside the island right after making a turn. i heard this popping crunching sound and i felt my car jerk. i looked back and saw this big yellow and black striped cement block thingie they use for road work. i was like "shit ang tanga!" i thought i scratched my car real bad but i didn't want to go out of my car so i decided to just look at it when i get to reg's house. after a while i noticed that i wasn't going as fast as i was supposed to and i heard a plop plop plopping sound. i pulled over and looked at my back left tire. it had NO AIR in it. yikes. got back inside my car and called pao agad. He and reg came in no time. We were causing traffic along greenmeadows ave. haha and we were holding up umbrellas for pao so he wouldn't get too wet under the rain. Grabe, adventure. classic damsel in distress situation. haha i kept on thinking, i really have to learn how to change a tire. sheesh. but everything turned out okay and we managed to pick up lor and get to powerplant. wanted to eat pancit luglog at via mare but they were closing na when we arrived. ugh.

the tropa had so much catching up to do and we were able to cover a lot of ground tonight! which makes me really happy! woohoo! but we need so much more time! we're going to a manghuhula on wednesday and there are plans for tagaytay and enchanted kingdom. yay sana matuloy!

oh, btw, hi bits tolosa! ayan nakita mo na pangalan mo sa internet! haha

Yesterday was grueling! we had to be at la salle by 3:00. I arrived at 4:00. Then the whole time we were there we waited lang until our turn which was - drumroll please - 11:00pm! i was sooo tired and sooo hungry. good thing i had friends there. I was able to finish "Life of Pi" during the whole wait.

Life of Pi is a pretty good book. Although I'm not so into spiritual, philosophical novels, this one had a lot of adventure so it was pretty okay. Also, it has this "M. Night Shayamalan film" feel to it. When I finished reading the book, I could see why he's using Pi for his next film.

I have not seen Lorr yet! Sheesh! Haha she was too pooped last night to join us. As in she was in the car na and all then she made her driver turn around cause she was so sleepy. Hehe. Hoping we could go out today. She hasn't texted yet though.

We (reg, katrina, chinny and raymund) ate at North Park after MAD. It was sooo good! I was able to eat my old time favorites - double pork rib, sweet and sour lapu lapu fish fillet, duck pao, mango sago. Yum!! But when I woke up I was sooo hungry. I've noticed that when you eat a lot before you sleep, you wake up extra-hungry. Does anybody have a scientific explanation for that? Please tell me what it is! haha

Hmm i don't know if i have to study for anything today. I'm so behind with my Philo and Accounting readings! Yikes! Dumdeedum. I'm such a procrastinator! But i'm feeling so calm today, i don't know why. *sigh* I think I'm gonna take a nap now. Haha. Batugan!

i am friggin hooked on Billy Crawford! Haha gross? I really like his new song. damn i'm such a teeny bopper. haha shouldn't i be listening to some other kind of music? nooo. Billy Crawford pa talaga! haha i just watched him perform on MTB a few minutes ago. Yikes! He's good. haha ok i'm gonna stop obsessing now.



went to lorr's house around 30 mins ago but she wasn't there yet. bummer. jessa says her flight's delayed so i won't be able to see her until later tonight. another bummer.

had my 25-point, multiple choice test this morning. i didn't do so well. ughsies. haha but it's ok, considering i just spent 2 hours studying for it last night. i set my alarm to 6 am this morning but did i wake up? nooo. haha instead, i turned my phone off and hugged my pillow tighter. blissfull sleep. haha

anyhoo, i'm just waiting for 3pm to go to la salle. good thing they're doing all the hair and makeup, plus manicure pedicure too! yay!

sheesh it's been such a long time since i've written here. tamad eh. obviously. haha

things to be happy about:

1. lorr's coming home tomorrow!! woohoo!! i miss her soooo much. can't wait! bummer nga lang cuz i've got a long test for ls and a field trip for my hokkien class in the afternoon so i don't think i'll be able to pick her up. dammit.

2. i'm getting looots of orders for the bags. yippee.



3. our math test was postponed! good thing cuz i wasn't done studying anyway. but then i slept at 3 am wed night trying to cram everything into my brain. bummer.

4. there's gonna be a celadon fashion show at lsgh tom. i think the party's called MAD. hmm. what to do with my hair? ack. kikay. i'm just looking forward to having fun!

5. i bought some stuff on my wishlist! the levi's straight cut 540 jeans, a cute sweater from topshop for the simbang gabi season (hehe), white pumps from janylin (super long overdue!). the other stuff mom bought for me at sephora cuz she's in hawaii right now. she got me benetint, my tarte cheek stain that i lost, and sue devitt triple seaweed liquid foundation. happy happy joy joy. haha



6. no classes today!

7. went to tagaytay for my birthday with pao, his mom and uncle. ate at antonio's for dinner. the lamb and sea bass were puuuurfect. yum! i also met up with vane and her cousins at starbucks.





bummers:
1. pao's leaving for the states on dec 15. 2 weeks away. he'll be gone the whole xmas break. malamig ang pasko ko this year... hahah eew.

2. flood victims and death toll cuz of the typhoons. they don't have much to be happy about right now

btw, i'm helping my friend gather donations for flood victims in aurora. hoping i could help out in some way!

pretty much it! what to do today? i'm gonna have to study for my LS test tom and make notes from chapter 3, drop off bags at carissa's and marj's place, drop of the hpair folio at edsa shang hotel for doug. that's pretty much it! ok tata!
